In my fantasies, I have a room dedicated just to writing. It’s a place I can go to just be. Just breathe. Just my thoughts and me. In this room, I hang inspiration in the walls – great writings and motivational quotes to get me through the tough days of writer’s block and to remind me of my passion on the days when people laugh at my dream or make me feel insecure about my writing. Those wall hangings are a vivd part of my fantasy because they are what get me from the first word to the final edit. They are what push me forward and let me know that I’m not the only crazy person who thinks the written word is vitally important and who feels the need to purge the thoughts floating around in her head. I’m not the only one who’s crazy enough to dedicate my life to this craft.
